My name is Kristina Schmitt
I'm a former "workaholic." I didn't love working, I just didn't know how to stop. After working as a leader in the manufacturing industry for 15 years, I knew that I was meant to do something more. Now I am a Catholic Business owner, business coach, podcast host, and mother of two crazy little boys. By following God's plan for me and my business, I have been able to create success at work and at home.

How do I access the training?

The live training sessions are Thu 2pm-3pm EST on May 30, June 6, 13, 20, 27. Q&A Sessions will be every Tuesday at 7pm EST - June 4, 11, 18, 25, July 2. Recordings will be available if you can't make the live sessions

Do I have to be a practicing Catholic?
No, we welcome people of all faith or who are just questioning faith; however, there will be prayer and topic discussions in line with the beliefs of the Catholic Church. This is not a forum for debate of church beliefs, but is a leadership course geared to help you enhance your business through integration of faith and leadership principles.
