Cornerstone Framework

The Cornerstone Framework is our approach to working with organizations and teams. When we work together, we will help you build a framework for your organization that will integrate you, the leader, so you and your team can be successful in business and in life. During our time together, you’ll be guided through each block of framework, understand where you are, and determine where you want to go.

Much like the cornerstone of a building is the basis for the entire structure, so is the leader for their organization. We’ll start with understanding the leaders’ strengths, weaknesses, mindset, likes, and dislikes. Then we’ll focus on a basic strategy for you and how your business helps you meet that as well as develop some metrics. Once you have that strong foundation, we’ll start looking at your team, how it’s made up, and how you lead them. Finally we’ll take a look at processes, why they’re important, how to identify key ones, and how to standardize and improve them.

Our goal is for you to build a framework that you can follow to build a stable foundation for your business so it can thrive.

Why this Framework?

All leaders want to make their businesses thrive, but too often we see leaders trying to implement every improvement tool that they can find hoping that one will stick. Usually, nothing does because it's not the tool that's the problem, it's the way it is being led. Most leaders were placed into their positions because they did their jobs well, but few have been able to take the time to understand themselves and their life goals, wounds, and experiences so they can incorporate all of that into their leadership style. Once you get that figured out, the improvement tools come easy! Intrigued yet? Book a call with me to learn more!
