Each week builds on the last—so you’re not just learning leadership concepts, you’re applying them to your real team and real challenges.

Week 1: How Leadership Actually Drives Results

We’ll start with a simple but powerful model that explains why your team behaves the way they do—and how to change it.

You’ll learn how thoughts → feelings → behaviors → results are connected, and how your leadership directly impacts that cycle.

We’ll also set clear expectations for the program, define your goals, and identify how you respond under stress—so you can lead more intentionally, even in difficult moments.

Week 2: Understanding How You and Your Team Work Best (Working Genius)

You’ll complete the Working Genius Assessment and learn how your natural strengths and frustrations impact how you lead.

We’ll break down how work actually gets done—and why some tasks energize you while others drain you

.

Most importantly, you’ll learn how to better understand your team so you can:

  • stop expecting everyone to think like you

  • reduce frustration

  • and create more effective collaboration

Week 3: Emotional Intelligence & Feedback That Actually Works

Most leaders either avoid feedback—or deliver it in a way that doesn’t land.

We’ll fix that.

You’ll learn how to:

  • recognize and manage your own reactions

  • have clear, productive conversations (even when they’re uncomfortable)

  • give both constructive feedback and meaningful recognition

So your team knows exactly where they stand—and how to improve.

Week 4: Building Trust & Taking Back Your Time

If your team doesn’t fully step up, it’s often a trust and clarity issue—not a capability issue.

We’ll focus on how to build real trust (not just “be nice”), while also putting structure in place so you’re not pulled into everything.

You’ll walk away with practical ways to:

  • set clearer expectations

  • create accountability

  • and free up your time without things falling apart

Week 5: Communication That Creates Ownership

Most communication problems aren’t about what’s said—they’re about what’s unclear.

You’ll learn how to:

  • listen in a way that actually uncovers issues

  • ask better questions (so your team thinks instead of relying on you)

  • communicate expectations clearly the first time

This is where leaders start to feel the shift from “doing” to truly leading.

Week 6: Creating a Culture of Continuous Improvement

Sustainable leadership isn’t about fixing one problem—it’s about building a team that keeps improving.

We’ll focus on how to:

  • address issues early (before they become bigger problems)

  • create a culture where people take initiative

  • and build simple systems that support ongoing improvement

So you’re not constantly starting over—you’re building momentum.

Each week is designed to be practical, focused, and immediately applicable—so you leave not just with new ideas, but with real changes in how you lead and how your team responds.
